The Lemonade Circuit Workout

Just because your gym or fitness center is still closed, it doesn’t mean you’re resigned to gaining the quarantine fifteen. You can work on your fitness even if you’re stuck at home. Here’s a simple circuit workout that only requires you, a bit of space, a timer and some music to keep you motivated. The workout can be done indoors or outdoors and is simple enough that even the kids can get involved.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Set up small areas to do the following 10 exercises. Use the downloadable cards to mark each station.
- Run (or jog) in place
- Tricep dips
- Jumping jacks
- Mountain climbers
- Hold a wall sit
- High knees
- Hold a plank
Step 2: Start at your first station. Set your timer for 60 seconds and get moving. After time is up, rotate over to the next station.
Step 3: Spend 60 seconds at each station. After you’ve gone through all 10 stations, go through the circuit a second time – and a third time if you’re up for it!
Step 4: Stretch it out and cool down.
Step 5: Sip some lemonade and give yourself a pat on the back. You deserve it!
