Friday, April 17th was supposed to be our annual Father Daughter Dance at Grace Lutheran School. We had 3 year olds looking forward to their very first dance, and we had 8th graders who would be celebrating their last dance. Since we could not be together, we created a virtual Father Daughter Dance Scavenger Hunt Challenge for dads and daughters to complete together. We made a list of challenges and created a playlist of songs so each stop had a coordinating dance to go along with it. Dads and daughters could dress up fancy, choose a theme, or not dress up at all. The goal was for them to do something special and spend some time together. We were blown away by the response as dads shared pictures and videos on our Grace Lutheran Ministries facebook page. Many dads also created videos of their entire evening. It was a special night with memories made that will last forever!
