My mom passed away from AML on April 23, 2019 – the most heartbreaking time of my life.
Losing your mom at 27 years old is devastating. But hey, this is supposed to be a happy story right!?
With the help of those close to me and a heck-of-a lot of prayer, I was able to pick myself up, dust off, and start again. That being said, almost a year later, April 13, 2020, I’ll be closing on my first house!
Don’t ever doubt yourself or what you may be capable of. I never thought I’d smile like this again, but my mom was right. She knew I’d be okay, and now I have the most special guardian angel watching over me 🙂
I love you Mom – this house is mine in your memory ♥️
