Community Raises Over $7,000 for Out of Work Restaurant Employees

Matty’s Bar & Grille created wanted to continue safely serving our friends and neighbors during this COVID-19 shutdown, so we created a drive-thru and carry-out system. In the first 12 days of operation, we were overwhelmed by our community’s love and support. Incredibly, $7,149 was raised through tips or by generous donations. All the money raised went directly to our approximately 40 out of work employees. It’s so inspiring to see the community rally around us with this remarkable act of kindness. Thank you to each and every one of you! We are looking forward to serving you again soon. We’re all in this together!
