Serving Older Adults manages five senior centers in Milwaukee. While they are all closed due to the pandemic, it’s still serving up some cheer. In addition to serving over 450 senior meals, it recently ran a campaign to collect cards for seniors who are in isolation. One senior was so touched by the card she received, she wrote a letter back to the sender about how much this small act had brightened her day. SOA is currently seeking more cards to help connect our isolated seniors.
