La Casa de Esperanza, a nonprofit in Waukesha County, seeks solutions to connect low-to-moderate income families with free tax preparation services through the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Program. During this difficult time, La Casa’s Center for Financial Stability is utilizing a drive thru to complete tax returns. Households can connect to these much needed dollars while still following social distancing guidelines.
